The Academy Fitness Bootcamp for Women is the Twin Cities’ premier women only fitness program. Designed by coaches with various backgrounds in martial arts, strength and conditioning, and fitness training, the Academy Fitness Bootcamp for Women combines the effective training techniques used by martial artists, circuit training, and bootcamp style training to get you into the best shape of your life.


We use a proven fitness methodology to empower women of all ages and fitness levels to get the results they are looking for. Utilizing a variety of effective tools, we combine resistance training, cardio conditioning, core strengthening and functional movement exercises that are performed in high intensity interval training (H.I.T.) sessions. Each class is packed with fun, energizing, and challenging activities designed to help women reach their fitness goals at their own pace. Our always changing, never boring work outs are designed to motivate and inspire!



The Academy Fitness Bootcamp for Women is designed for any woman who has a burning desire to succeed. Our coaches are passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable and can modify any exercise in order to push you to be your personal best. Anyone from a couch potato to an endurance athlete will feel challenged.


To ensure that our recruits are challenged to their personal best in every single class and never get the same workout twice, we incorporate tools such as kettle bells, thai pads, wrestling dummies, free weights, body weight exercises, plyometrics, yoga, pilates, medicine balls, battling ropes, and much, much, more! No two training sessions are the same, so your body never has time to get used to the workouts and your mind never has the opportunity to get bored!
